Early Childhood Education
The licensed daycare proprietor is responsible for following Alberta’s standards and regulations (e.g., health and safety, staffing qualifications, record keeping, space and equipment, child-to-staff ratios, and programming). Fees are to be paid directly to the daycare facility.
- Infant Care (0-11 months), that is Daycare
- Toddler Care (12 months to 3 years), that is Daycare
- Preschool (4 years), that is Preschool
After School Care
The licensed daycare proprietor operates after school child care programs for infants to children 18 years of age until 6:30 pm MST, that the latest time that parents can pick up their child. Fees are to be paid directly to the daycare facility.
